Anxiety

For worry that won't switch off, panic, and feeling on edge when things don't go to plan.

About Tiffany

“I want my patients to know I'm here to listen.”

Tiffany Wright is double board-certified as a psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner and a family nurse practitioner. She earned her doctorate in nursing, specializing in psychiatry, at the University of Cincinnati, and brings 16 years of nursing experience to every visit.

Her visits start with a smile and leave room for quiet, so you can say what you came to say without being rushed. You're likely a good fit if you:

  • want to stay more focused at work or school
  • hope to feel more at ease in stressful moments
  • are trying to sleep better
  • feel overwhelmed by the day-to-day
“She listens, takes her time with you, and truly cares about you.”

Questions

Before you book

Do you take insurance?

No. ThriveWell is self-pay only. You can use an HSA or FSA card, and you can request a superbill after each visit to submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

Where do I need to be during my visit?

You must be physically located in Connecticut or Kentucky at the time of each video visit. That's where Tiffany is licensed.

Do you prescribe ADHD medication?

When it's the right treatment. Stimulants are prescribed only after a full evaluation, with regular follow-ups and state prescription-monitoring checks.

Is this therapy?

Visits focus on psychiatric evaluation and medication management, with therapy skills woven in. If weekly talk therapy would help, Tiffany can recommend therapists who work alongside her.

What is a Good Faith Estimate?

Under the federal No Surprises Act, self-pay patients get a written estimate of expected charges before care. You'll see yours before you pay, and you can dispute a bill that comes in $400 or more above it.

What's your cancellation policy?

Cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours before your visit for a full refund. Late cancellations and missed visits are charged 50% of the visit fee.
